I found no critical studies that used anti wrinkle patches using silicone gel patches in the direct treatment of wrinkles. HOWEVER, I did find several clinical studies that used silicone gels and silicone gel sheets that were used to treat Hypertrophic scars.

Silicone gel sheets showed to REDUCE collagen production to treat an OVER production of collagen in hypertrophic scars to flatten out scars.
